Terms of Service — Chuttamalle Studio

The studio

Chuttamalle Studio at chuttamalle.org provides an AI video editor. The generation integration uses Wan 2.7 via KIE.ai. Generation availability is shown in the editor and requires provider configuration and launch verification. Available features are described in the editor. Some controls may be preview-only. Results may change identity, appearance and movement; we do not guarantee exact likeness or a particular outcome. This is an independent site, not an official artist or music service.

Your account and authorization

Keep your login secure. Upload only material you own or have permission to use, including permission from people depicted. Public availability does not grant a license to use music, footage or someone's likeness. Do not misrepresent an AI edit as genuine footage.

Prohibited content

The following are prohibited in uploads and generated results:

• Pornography, nudity, sexualized or other NSFW content.
• Graphic violence, gore, terrorism or assistance with mass violence.
• Hateful attacks, discrimination or incitement against protected groups.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child exploitation or sexualized depictions of minors.
• Non-consensual deepfakes, deceptive impersonation, fraud or harassment.
• Copyright, trademark, privacy or likeness infringement.

When generation is enabled, requests to KIE.ai enable its upstream NSFW content checker. Rejected or failed tasks do not release a result. This is provider screening, not an independent human review or a complete check of every prohibited category. Automated screening can miss harmful material and cannot establish consent. Do not bypass checks or access another user's files.

Report suspected abuse or request an appeal at support@chuttamalle.org, with the task identifier and a description. Do not email illegal material. We investigate reports and may refuse generation, remove access to violating files or suspend abusive accounts. We cannot remove copies shared on other services.

Credits and payment

One credit covers one generated video second. Available credit packs show their price and credit amount before checkout. Packs are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions, and their purchased credits do not expire. Purchases remain disabled until generation and payment services pass launch verification. Waffo processes enabled payments; applicable checkout details govern the amount charged.

Failed jobs and refunds

A failed generation task returns its reserved credits. A completed task does not guarantee satisfaction with artistic quality. For payment issues or refund requests, email support@chuttamalle.org or use account support. A full payment refund revokes unused credits from that order; previously used credits cannot be reused. Applicable mandatory consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.

Media and service availability

You retain rights you already hold in uploaded material. You authorize the processing necessary to provide your requested edit and safety reviews. You are responsible for reviewing output and disclosing that it is AI-generated when sharing. Do not rely on the service as permanent media storage. Maintenance, provider failures and safety reviews may delay or prevent a result.

Contact the operator at support@chuttamalle.org or through account support. Feature and policy changes will be reflected on this site. These terms do not grant rights in any third-party music, footage, trademarks or likenesses.
